Hailing from Nashville, Eddie Gore (vox/keys/guitar) met Eric Grossman (guitar), Mike Sansevere (guitar/synths) and Ian Grotton (bass) at Fordham University in 2011, when the four musicians lived in the same freshman dorm. They called themselves The Suits and played songs at parties and battle of the bands and other similar stuff symptomatic for a liberal arts college music scene. By the time all four graduated (on time!) four years later, they had added fellow classmates Devon Sheridan to replace Ian Grotton, who went to California to be the net Bill Gates, on bass and Alex Desimine on drums. A proud member of Frenchkiss Records, Future Generations, a name born by means of intimate, tireless deliberation via group text messages and one potential lawsuit, will release their debut LP in the spring. Look out for it.
